Returns & Refunds
At child(ish), we want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you have any concerns, please review our returns policy below. Please do not hesitate to contact us over email at info@childish.shop to discuss further.
CHANGE OF MIND / SIZING ISSUES
- We’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We are happy to arrange an exchange or credit note for any changes of mind.
- All change of mind returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving your order. This excludes sale - all sale items are final.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear, swimwear or jewellery.
- Any item returned must be returned in the condition you received it. All packaging/tags must still be in tact, items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return costs of items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
FAULTY ITEMS
- We quality check every item before it is shipped however if for some reason you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item so we can offer you a resolution.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
- Please contact us by email within 7 business days of receiving your items. Please include your full name, order number and item you are wishing to return.
- Email info@childish.shop with the subject as ‘RETURN #’order number’
- Once we have accepted your return, we will email you the return shipping address. Please include a note inside your parcel with your full name and order number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office. We recommend you paying for tracking shipping as we’re unable to accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit.
- Once we have received your return item, in new/unused condition, you will be issued with a credit note for the purchase value (excluding shipping). It can be used towards any items on our website.
- Please note if you have purchased your item with a discount code, you will be issued the exact value you paid for your item (not the full RRP).
EXCHANGES
- The best way to ensure you get the correct item is to return the item you have per the guide above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your credit note. Please feel free to email us at info@childish.shop and we can set aside the new style/size aside for you.
CANCELLING/CHANGING YOUR ORDER
- Once an order has been made, unfortunately it is not possible for us to modify or cancel the order. Please email any questions to info@childish.shop prior to making your order.
