Pre-Loved At Child(ish), we thoroughly inspect all minor defects in our Pre-Loved items. However, because of their past life, some may exhibit signs of wear. Please check the item description for details on its condition as all pre-loved items are final and can’t be returned of refunded.
For all orders placed before 9am AEST, we endeavour to process the same business day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

You are welcome to collect your orders direct from us in Randwick NSW 2031 or Hills District NSW.
Simply select the 'Click & Collect' service when checking out and you will be contacted within 24 business hours to confirm that your order is packed and ready for collection (along with the exact pick up location).
If you prefer to pick up your order from Hills District, please contact us via email with your order number.
